Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein|RBD (Receptor Binding Domain) encompassing amino acids 319-541. This protein corresponds to the RBD of SARS-CoV-2 Variant P.1|originally discovered in Brazil|and contains the three mutationsÂ K417T|E484K and N501Y. It also contains a C-terminal Avi-Tagâ„¢ and a C-terminal His-tag. The recombinant protein is ?90% pure following affinity purification.
