No other warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, are provided by AMS Biotechnology.

When Ordering
Please provide the following:
- Telephone number and name of person placing order
- Shipping address
- Invoice address
- Purchase order number
- Vat # and a copy of your VAT Exemption Certificate where appropriate.
- Product catalogue number, description, quantity and size.
- Help save a tree! If you do not need a manual with your kit, please tell Customer Services when you place your order.

Hazardous Substances
Some of the products listed are known to be toxic or cancer-suspect agents and are so labelled. Such products must be handled with extreme caution. Many other products have not been tested for toxicity. The absence of a specific warning should not be interpreted to mean that the products have been proven to be non-toxic. Products containing phenol or acrylamide may require a special hazardous goods charge (please see shipping) due to their hazardous nature.

Many of our products (including kits) are available in bulk or quantity packages. Please contact the Customer Service Department for a quotation.
Standing Orders
Periodic shipments on large purchase orders or frequently purchased items are offered as a service to our customers. Please contact the Customer Service Department to arrange a schedule.
Returns
Products may not be returned without prior authorization by the AMS Customer Service Department. Due to the temperature sensitivity of our products, we are unable to restock erroneous orders
