Histone H3 hasK27C, C97A, and C111A mutations andwas alkylated to produce the lysineanalog, trimethyl aminoethylcysteine.GenBank Accession Nos. NM_003532,and NM_003548, respectively. Eachhistone protein has an N-terminal Histag.Global MW = 57 kDa.
