AKT3 antibody ( 9B2 ) at 1:500 dilution + BALB/C 3T3 cell lysate

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY AKT3 (RC221051, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-AKT3. P

Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded Human lung tissue within the normal limits using anti-AKT3 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Heat-induced epitope retrieval by 10mM citric buffer, pH6.0, 100??C for 10min, TA500001)

HEK293T cells transfected with either RC221051 overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-AKT3 antibody (TA500001), and then analyzed by flow cytometry.

Western blot analysis of extracts (10ug) from 2 different cell lines by using anti-AKT3 monoclonal antibody at 1:200 dilution.
