DNA cycle sequencing reactions
The MagSi-DNA cleanFIX kit is an efficient tool for removal of DyeDeoxy terminators from DNA cycle sequencing reactions
using ABI terminator kits. Our MagSi-DNA cleanFIX kitsolution enables researchers to process up to 384 samples in one plate. By using the patented MagSi
nanoparticle technology, it offers an excellent opportunity to automate existing processes when dealing with large and growing amounts of samples in the lab.

High quality DNA sequencing readout
The MagSi-DNA clean FIX kit is designed to enable high quality DNA sequencing data read outs with the original ABI Sequence scanner v1.0 software.
Readouts from approximately 20-30 bp to > 700 bp can be achieved. The analysis in this case on sample F02_003 generates values of 964 bases, and these CRL-values are considered
'long' in accordance with general accepted views.

Quality Control aspects of MagSi-DNA cleanFIX kit
The visual readout indicates the quality of the clean-up of crude sequence samples.
As in the Legend (figure 3), Trace Score values > 20 are set as 'high' in this standard set-up of the software. However many DNA sequencing core
facilities appreciate and adopt much higher Trace Scores (> 40). With MagSi-DNA cleanFIX kit on average the score for sample F02_003 is: 43.
