Overview

MagSi-NGSPREP Plus offers a convenient, ultra-fast, and efficient solution for PCR reaction clean-up and DNA size selection. Optimized for use with Biomek® Laboratory Automation Workstations and Hamilton® Microlab STAR™ systems, this kit allows for both non-selective and size-targeted binding of double-stranded DNA fragments ranging from 80 to 1000 bp by adjusting reagent volume to sample volume ratios. Increasing the volume of MagSi-NGSPREP Plus enhances the binding efficiency of smaller fragments, enabling selective retention or removal of specific fragment sizes. The flexible protocols of MagSi-NGSPREP Plus are easily automated for high-throughput processing.
