Primary Pair (PP), and Primary & Metastatic Pair (PM).
PP consists of frozen tissue sections of primary tumor and its adjacent normal tissue;
PM consists of frozen tissue sections of primary tumor and corresponding metastatic tumor.
These matched samples are ideal for
localization of tumor-specific genes and tumor metastatic genes.
