HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY TNIP2 (RC201339, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-TNIP2.

Immunofluorescent staining of human cell line U-251 MG shows no positivity.This validation was performed by Protein Atlas and the presentation of data is for informational purposes only.
