Human TIM-3, also known as T-cellimmunoglobulin mucin receptor 3, T-cellmembrane protein 3, TIMD-3, Hepatitis Avirus cellular receptor 2, HAVCR-2, and KIM-3. GenBank Accession No. NM_032782,a.a. 22-200 with a C-terminal Avi-biotin, Histag,expressed in a HEK293 cell expressionsystem. MW = 23.3 kDa. This protein isenzymatically biotinylated using Avi-Tagâ„¢technology. Biotinylation is confirmed to begreater than 90%. This protein runs at ahigher MW by SDS-PAGE due toglycosylation.
