iPSC-derived Skeletal Muscle Kits

Differentiate your human iPS/ES cells into skeletal muscle cells in just 7 days with the Quick-Muscle™ Skeletal – SeV Kit! This kit produces highly pure populations of skeletal muscle cells using a temperature-sensitive Sendai virus. The skeletal muscle cells produced display typical skeletal muscle morphology and markers, such as myosin heavy chain (MHC). Following day 7, the cells may be maintained in the maintenance medium best suited to your needs, though we recommend Quick-Muscle™ Skeletal – Maintenance Medium.
