Efficient extraction of proteins from mammalian cells
The SoluLyse-M™ Mammalian Protein Extraction Reagent is a novel nonionic detergent designed for efficient whole-cell protein extraction from cultured mammalian cells. It gently and rapidly dissolves cell membranes at low concentrations, allowing for the extraction of cytoplasmic and nuclear protein from cultured cell lines without denaturing proteins. Lysis with SoluLyse-M™ reagent is so efficient that adherent cells do not need to be scraped from the culture dish or multi-well plates.
