Lyophilized Exosome Standards

Our purified extracellular vesicles (EV) are obtained from a variety of biological sources: cell culture
supernatant, human plasma, serum, urine. They are purified through a
combination of tangential flow filtration (TFF) and size exclusion chromatography
(SEC). These isolated vesicles are then quantified and validated for overall
protein content, size distribution, concentration and EV specific marker expression.

ExoStd

We obtain our purified small EVs (s-EVs) from human plasma, cell culture supernatant, serum, urine and our large EVs (l-EVs) are obtained from cell conditioned media. s-EVs are purified using a combination of tangential flow filtration (TFF) and size exclusion chromatography (SEC). EVs larger than 150 nm are separated using tangential flow filtration (TFF). The isolated EVs are then quantified and validated for overall protein content, size distribution, concentration and EV specific marker expression by NTA (Nanoparticles Tracking Analysis) with Zetaview analyzer (Particle Metrix).
