Human PBMCs

Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) are a heterogeneous mix of immune cells including lymphocytes and monocytes which are commonly used in immunology, oncology, and vaccine research. Amsbio provides human PBMCs isolated from ethically sourced blood using density gradient centrifugation for high purity and viability.

Our human PBMCs are available fresh or cryopreserved, with the ability for you to customize donor selection and HLA typing. These cells are ideal for immune profiling, T-cell activation assays, and cell therapy development. Each batch is quality-controlled for cell count, viability, and sterility to support reproducible, high-quality results in complex immune studies.
