The PRMT3 Homogeneous Assay Kit is designed to measure the activity of PRMT3 for screening and profiling applications|using AlphaLISAÂ® technology. Thekey to the PRMT3 Homogeneous Assay Kit is a highly specific antibody that recognizesmethylated substrate. With this kit|only three simple steps on a microtiter plate arerequired for methyltransferase detection. First|a sample containing PRMT3 enzyme isincubated with the biotinylated substrate for one hour. Next|acceptor beads and primaryantibody are added|then donor beads|followed by reading the Alpha-counts.
