Immunofluorescence with anti-Human PlGF antibodies (clones G10 and 3B10): Sf9 insect cells were infected with recombinant Baculovirus for Human PlGF-1 and PlGF-2. Three days after infection the Immunofluorescence protocol was performed.
Western blot analysis: Detection of PlGF in Human placenta lysates. a) Patient 1 b) Patient 2 (50 ug lysate/lane). (178/G10) was used at 2 ug/ml as first antibody. AP-conjugated Goat anti Mouse was used as a secondary antibody.
PlGF Sandwich-ELISA using recombinant human PlGF-1 as standard ( DA3508). Mouse anti-Human PlGF #178/G10 was used as capture antibody, Biotinylated rabbit anti-human PlGF was used for detection.
