The MagSi-NA Pathogens kit offers cost-effective extraction of DNA and RNA from various sample materials, including serum, plasma, oropharyngeal swabs, nasopharyngeal swabs, and other respiratory samples. The purified total nucleic acids are suitable for qPCR and other enzymatic pathogen detection methods. With ready-to-use reagents and a straightforward protocol, the kit is convenient to use and easy to automate. The included MagSi-PA7 magnetic beads are optimized for rapid separation, even from viscous sample lysates.
