Human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) offer a more physiologically relevant way of studying neuronal activity in vitro, compared to immortalized cell lines and primary mouse neurons. However, differentiating stem cells into the desired cell type is a time and labor-intensive process. Here we offer a solution with our range of easy-to-use differentiation kits and maintenance media, as well as a collection of human iPSC-derived excitatory, GABAergic, and cholinergic neurons. These products aim to accelerate stem cell research without sacrificing purity of cells. iPSC-derived Excitatory Neurons

Obtain highly pure populations of excitatory neurons from your iPSCs in 10 days with the Quick-Neuron™ Excitatory differentiation kit. This easy-to-use kit produces differentiated cells with no genetic footprint left behind. We also provide a range of iPSC-derived excitatory neurons from a range of donor cell lines. These neurons are created using human iPS cells made available through a license from The California Institute for Regenerative Medicine (CIRM).

iPSC-derived Dopaminergic Neurons
