Heparan Sulfate ELISA kits
Heparan sulfate (HS) ELISA kits are assays designed to detect the linear polysaccharide heparan sulfate, which is made up of glucosamine and uronic acid repeats. HS occurs as Heparan sulfate proteoglycans (HSPGs) which are glycoproteins, with the common characteristic of containing one or more covalently attached heparan sulfate (HS) chains, a type of glycosaminoglycan (GAG).
