Laminin-411 is well known to bind to the integrin 61 which is located on the cell surface. iMatrix-411 is recombinant Laminin411-E8 fragments which domain is known the binding region to integrin 61. iMatrix-411 increases the induction frequency to the blood vessel endothelial cells from pluripotent stem cells. iMatrix-411 can also be used together with AMSBIO's StemFit cell culture media and CELLBANKER cryopreservation series as part of an expanded Stem Cell Synergy solution for ES/iPS cell cultures.
