Western blot analysis of extracts (10ug) from 7 different cell lines by using anti-AFP monoclonal antibody (1:200).

HEK293T cells transfected with either RC206622 overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-AFP antibody (TA501788), and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
