PAYMENT OPTIONS: |
| All orders from the United Kingdom are subject to a delivery charge
of 17 GBP, except certian catalogue codes that are prefixed AP,BP,SP,AS and AT are subject to a delivery charge of 25
GBP from the United Kingdom. Orders from Switzerland are subject to a charge of
75 CHF for dry ice shipments and 50 CHF for other shipments. For other
territories, please contact the Customer Service Department. |

2. Shipping address
3. Invoice address
4. Purchase order number
5. Vat # and a copy of your VAT Exemption Certificate where appropriate.
6. Product catalogue number, description, quantity and size.
7. Help save a tree! If you do not need a manual with your kit, please tell
Customer Services when you place your order.

AMS Biotechnology warrants that the products meet or exceed the performance standards described in the product specification sheet.
If you are not completely satisfied with our products our policy is to replace the product or credit in full purchase price and delivery charge. |
| Many of our products (including kits) are available in bulk or quantity packages. Please contact the Customer Service Department for a quotation. |
| Standing Orders |
| Periodic shipments on large purchase orders or frequently purchased
items are offered as a service to our customers. Please contact the Customer
Service Department to arrange a schedule. |
| Returns |
| Products may not be returned without prior authorization by the AMS
Customer Service Department. Due to the temperature sensitivity of our products,
we are unable to restock erroneous orders. |
No other warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, are provided by AMS Biotechnology. |
| Hazardous Substances |
| Some of the products listed are known to be toxic or cancer-suspect agents and are so labelled. Such products must be handled with extreme caution. Many other products have not been tested for toxicity. The absence of a specific warning should not be interpreted to mean that the products have been proven to be non-toxic. Products containing phenol or acrylamide may require a special hazardous goods charge (please see shipping) due to their hazardous nature.

AMS Biotechnology’s liability for direct, indirect consequential or incidental damages arising from the use, results of use, or inability to use its products is limited to the value of those products.
