Monodisperse Hyaluronic acids (Select HA ™ )
Hyaluronic acid (HA) preparations of uniform & narrow size distribution prepared by in vitro synthesis using recombinant Pasteurella multocida hyaluronan synthase through a novel, controlled enzymatic process. The Select-HA range provides a wide range of mono-dispersed (single molecular weight species) hyaluronic acid offering targeted research and development of hyaluronans within specified molecular weight ranges as below:
  • SelectHA ™ 50 = 25kDa -75kDa
  • SelectHA ™ 250 = 200kDa - 300kDa
  • SelectHA ™ 500 = 400kDa - 600kDa
  • SelectHA ™ 1000 = 800kDa - 1200kDa
Select HA Ladders:
Different mixtures of linear Select-HA hyaluronic acid polymers of very defined size ranges for use as size standards on gels or other separation methods.. The LoLadder contains five Select-HA ™ molecular mass markers in the range of ~25 kDa to 500kDa; the HiLadder contains five Select-HA ™ molecular mass markers in the range of ~500 kDa to 1500kDa; the MegaLadder contains five Select-HA™ molecular mass markers in the range of ~1500 kDa to 6000kDa.
Nano HA™
Hyalose has developed unique techniques for the rapid chemoenzymatic synthesis of very small hyaluronic acid oligosaccharides. Through this technology, Hyalose is capable of producing HA oligosaccharides with lengths ranging from 4 to 20 or more monosaccharide sugar units. Furthermore, the technology has been successfully employed to synthesize regioselective chemically modified HA oligosaccharides suitable for coupling with other materials/biomolecules/drugs.
Enabling Technology: Mutant HA synthases catalyze the production of short HA oligosaccharides.
