Pre-made lentivirus for gene and shRNA delivery


Applications:
  • Transduction of adherent and suspension cells (Protocol)

  • Simple, ready-to-use particles that are directly added to cells - No need for any transfection reagents
  • Optional inducible particles can be used for constitutive high gene expression or as Tetracycline inducible expression in the presence of TetR*

To take advantage of the promoter's inducible properties, the repressor protein TetR must be present. The expression of TetR can be achieved by using our pre-made Tet-repressor lentiviral particles or by using our stable Tet-repressor cell line.
