amsbio can provide a broad range of mRNA isolated from total RNA obtained from human adult & fetal normal tissues, human tumor & diseased tissues, as well as from mouse, rat, monkey, plant tissues & many other species. The mRNA is purified by two rounds of affinity chromatography using oligo dT columns to minimize the presence of ribosomal RNA & ensuring contamination by RNase, DNA polysaccharides & proteoglycans is effectively eliminated. The purity & integrity of the mRNA is verified by agarose gel electrophoresis, Northern analysis, cDNA synthesis, & capillary electrophoresis using an Agilent 2100 bioanalyzer.
