amsbio offers range of RNA arrays, including
total, mRNA and Mega mRNA arrays, which are the most economical tool on the market for rapid detection of gene expression
in a wide variety of human normal, fetal, or tumor tissues.
The tissues are excised, immediately frozen, and then pathologically identified once purified total RNAs
are inspected for the presence of high molecular weight mRNAs and the absence of genomic DNA.
The arrays are manufactured using high quality RNA from documented tissues or cell lines
and spotted on a modified positively charged nylon membrane each spot containing the same amount of RNA across the array.
