AMS Biotechnology provides total protein Western blots
are specifically designed for proteomics, gene discovery, and functional analysis.
All products are manufactured using high quality proteins from a wide variety of documented tissues
including human adult and fetal normal tissues, human diseased and tumor tissues, as well as mouse,
rat, monkey, and plant tissues.
The tissues are excised, immediately frozen, and then pathologically identified. The proteins are separated by 4-20% gradient SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis, and transferred onto a PVDF membrane. Human placenta protein is used as an interblot control lane in each blot for protein expression
comparison between different blots. A 10 kD to 250 kD pre-stained protein marker can be visualized on each blot.
Total protein western blots are supplied ready for use, so that you can immediately screen the protein of interest without having to obtain hard to find tissues and processing the proteins yourself.
