in vitro growth vessels. Detachin provides quick, gentle, and effective detachment of a wide variety of adherent cells, including primary cells, from all known tissue culture plastic ware.
The Detachin™ Cell Detachment Solution provides quick and gentle detachment and dissociation of a wide variety of adherent cells grown in all known tissue culture plasticware. The Detachin Solution contains protease, and collagenase activities in an isotonic, phosphate buffer solution with EDTA and is a much better alternative than Trypsin/EDTA.
