AMS Biotechnology supplies PCR primer pairs
for 9 different house keeping genes, 18 different types of infectious pathogens,
14 different tumor markers, and 14 different factors.
All primer pairs are optimized for the same reaction conditions
so that different primer sets can be applied simultaneously on the same instrument
or the same tube. Each primer pair is tested and quality controlled by verifying
PCR product size, restriction mapping or nested PCR analysis.
