Genomic DNA matched pair which include Primary Pair (PP) and Primary and Metastasis Pair (PM). Primary pair consist DNA isolated from primary tumour and its adjacent normal tissues whereas Primary and Metastasis pair consists
DNA from primary tumour and corresponding metastatic tumour.
Genomic DNA plates and panels from healthy, tumour and disease tissues from different specie sources also are available.
To ensure the quality of our genomic DNA samples, contamination of RNA, polysaccharides and proteoglycans has been effectively eliminated.
