Sterilization with Ozone |
CoolCLAVE is the new and unique - laboratory bench top sterilizer available from AMSBIO. It uses ozone gas to clean* laboratory tools, especially ones involved in sensitive
experiments or assays. It is effective in sterilizing and deodorizing lightly contaminated pipettes, pipette tips, gloves, plates, small instruments, and even personal items such as keys
and glasses.

To sterilize items, simply place them inside the CoolCLAVE Sterilizer and press START. The anti-microbial properties of ozone provides a powerful sanitizing effect that
is capable of killing more than 98% of most pathogenic organisms (bacteria, fungus, virus, etc.) in 8 minutes*. The antimicrobial properties of ozone also eliminate the odors produced by
these organisms providing deodorizing effect. Best of all, the CoolCLAVE sanitizer is very safe and efficient, does not use any liquids, harmful UV rays, harsh chemicals, or heat, and
does not damage any surfaces or leaves any chemical residues behind.

Ozone Radical System
Ozone gas is a strong oxidant and has multiple sanitary applications in various industries like pharmaceuticals,
food and beverage, pulp and paper, waste water treatment, and many others. Ozone acts more rapidly, and more completely than other common
disinfecting agents do. Ozone's oxidative properties are sufficient to kill multiple micro-organisms on a variety of surfaces, and because of its
relative short shelf life, ozone gas does not leave any residual contamination behind, and does not damage surfaces or products being sanitized.
The CoolCLAVE is the first ever laboratory bench top sterilizing instrument. The ozone gas it produces disrupts the cellular structures of
contaminating bacterial cells and organisms and destroys these contaminants and the resulting odors they produce.

Effective and Safe Technology
The CoolCLAVE Sterilizer has a strong antifungal, antibacterial and deodorizing effect that kills organisms starting from an eight (8) minute cycle. An average
8 minute CoolClaving cycle will eliminate the vast majority of surface contaminants*. The CoolCLAVE's sterilizing agent, ozone gas (O3), is safely converted to oxygen (O2) by passing
through a number of internal filters. Furthermore, tests show that O3 leakage from the CoolCLAVE's front door is less than 0.005 ppm, five times below OSHA's Permissible Exposure Limit of 0.1 ppm. SPECIFICATIONS
