4C5 Anti-DDK Monoclonal Antibody
4C5 anti-DDK antibody for the detection of DYKDDDDK epitope (same epitope as Flag®)
|
The DDK-tag is included in the pCMV6-Entry vector that forms the standard backbone of the TrueORF cDNA series.
- Validated for Western blot, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence and flow cytometry
- Higher sensitivity and specificity compared to other vendors anti-flag antibodies
- Purify recombinant proteins with high purities and yields
- Detect recombinant proteins with low expression levels
4C5 anti-DDK antibody has already been used to:
- Validate the recombinant protein expression from more than 15,000 TrueORF cDNA clones and VERIFY(tm) overexpression lysates
- Purify more than 5,000 human recombinant proteins from HEK293 cells
- Purify immunogens under native conditions for the development of TrueMAB antibodies

Hela cells transiently transfected with myc-DDK tagged GFAP ORF cDNA clone were immunostained with anti-DDK (1:1000)and stained with Alexa-408 conjugated secondary antibody (1:2000). The nuclei (Blue) were counter-stained with DAPI. |
|
HEK293T cells transfected with either myc-DDK tagged PROM2 ORF overexpression plasmid (red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained with anti-DDK antibody and analyzed by flow ctyometry. |
