Isolating cells from the extracellular matrix proteins in 3D
cell culture for biochemical analysis can be very difficult; to simplify this
task, we developed the cell harvesting kit.
This kit provides reagents for extracting cells and/or cell aggregates from 3D
cell cultures for biochemical and molecular analysis, as well as reagents for
the preparation of lysates for immunoblotting.
